Commitment to Work Safety
In active response to national initiatives for work safety and special rectification of fire safety, TSD has earnestly implemented the primary responsibility for enterprise work safety. To further strengthen all employees’ awareness of electricity and fire safety, and eliminate potential risks of electrical fires, the company recently organized a company-wide special training on electricity and fire safety. Centering on preventing risks through learning and consolidating safety management through practical training, the activity has comprehensively built a solid "safety firewall" for enterprise production and operation, providing a strong safety guarantee for the company’s high-quality development.
Electrical fires are among the most frequent and prone safety hazards in enterprise production and operation scenarios. Irregular electricity use, aging equipment, non-standard operations and inadequate hidden danger investigation are major causes of safety accidents. To effectively prevent safety risks and comply with the national requirements for normalized management of work safety and fire safety, this training was tailored to the actual production and office scenarios of the company. Adhering to the safety work policy of "prevention first, combination of prevention and control", the training adopted an all-round mode integrating theoretical lectures, case analysis, practical operation teaching and interactive Q&A sessions. Highly targeted and practical, the training covered all departments and positions across the company.
Professional Knowledge & Case Analysis
During the training, professional instructors systematically explained core knowledge of electricity and fire safety in combination with the latest fire safety laws, regulations and national work safety deployment. The lecture focused on standardized operation specifications for electrical equipment in office and production areas, identification of hidden dangers such as aging circuits, hazards of irregular electricity use, and causes and preventive measures of electrical fires. It clarified taboos for daily electricity operation, key points of equipment inspection and self-inspection methods for potential safety hazards. Meanwhile, based on typical national electrical fire accident cases in recent years, the instructors conducted in-depth reviews of accident causes, disposal misunderstandings and painful lessons through real accident footage, data comparison and case analysis. The intuitive demonstration of severe consequences resulting from neglected electricity and fire safety served as a wake-up call for all participants, enabling them to fully recognize the importance and urgency of fire safety work.
On-site Practical Guidance
Targeting the difficulties in emergency disposal of electrical fires, the instructors delivered on-site practical guidance. They elaborated on the applicable scenarios, operating procedures and key precautions for common fire-fighting equipment including dry powder fire extinguishers, carbon dioxide fire extinguishers and indoor fire hydrants, and broke down the standard four-step operation process of fire extinguishers. In addition, the training focused on practical skills such as initial fire suppression methods for electrical fires, emergency alarm procedures and key points of personnel evacuation. During the session, employees actively participated in practical drills and operated fire-fighting equipment one by one. Non-standard operations were corrected on the spot, helping all staff proficiently master the skills of initial fire disposal and self-rescue and mutual rescue, ensuring that every employee can grasp theoretical principles, identify hidden dangers, operate fire-fighting equipment and respond to emergencies properly.
Daily Safety Management
Furthermore, the training focused on detailed daily safety management of the enterprise, emphasizing the electricity and fire safety management requirements for key areas including machine rooms, distribution rooms, warehouses and office spaces. It strictly prohibited irregular wiring, overloaded electricity use and unauthorized use of high-power electrical appliances.
Individual Responsibility
All employees were required to establish the responsibility awareness of "everyone being a safety officer and every position being a safety post", and conduct regular self-inspections for potential hazards at work to eliminate electrical fire risks from the source.
As an important measure for TSD to respond to national fire safety governance and promote the standardization of enterprise work safety, this special training has effectively consolidated all employees’ theoretical foundation of fire safety, improved their practical emergency disposal capabilities, and further optimized the company’s fire safety risk prevention and control system.
